Robyn's Nest founded in 2004, is a small grass roots animal rescue, dedicated to helping the stray, abandoned and abused animals in Nashville and surrounding areas. Our 501(c)3 application is currently pending. Our secondary goal is to assist and educate the residents in the area on proper care for their animals. Such as the importance of spaying and neutering your animals and providing your pets with the proper vet care and upkeep, discouraging the tethering of dogs 24/7, our motto is all dogs should be indoor dogs with outdoor privileges. Since November of 2004 over 1800 animals have been rescued. The animals enjoy a full rich life here until their forever home comes along. All the animals are completely vetted and kept current on their vaccinations. When old enough and healthy enough, all animals are spayed/neutered before going to their new forever homes. Baxter was rescued off the streets of nashville in April 2010. He made it thru the flood, where he almost drowned in a crate.

IDGIE or IDG-a-BOO as we like to call him has improved by leaps and bounds since his arrival. He is about 3-5 yrs old.
